Welcome to Fingernailmoon.

When I was very small I looked up into the sky, amazed at what I saw; a shimmering crescent shining brilliantly and hanging insistently in a silent inky sky. In my eyes, it was a sliver of a shape with presence, character, and a distinct personality. A moon. But it looked like a fingernail. No one else saw it until I explained my vision. Suddenly, I realized that I sometimes saw the world a little differently. Since then, the "fingernail moon" has become my personal avatar for imagination and creative energy.

I am an illustrator and narrative storyteller. I enjoy making images of all kinds, both traditionally and digitally. I hope you enjoy your stay in my world.
